Athénaïs by Parfums de Marly is a floral fragrance for women inspired by Athénaïs de Montespan, a famed muse of Louis XIV. It opens with bright citrus notes and neroli, blending freshness with a creamy floral character for a modern take on a classic floral scent. The fragrance begins with neroli, bergamot, and yuzu, which transition into a heart of orange blossom and sambac jasmine, enhanced by Mahonial, a note known for its luminous, airy floral effect. The base of tonka bean, vanilla, and amber adds warmth and a gentle gourmand touch, creating a soft contrast with the sparkling opening
